I understand the following

1. Lessons take place five days per week, Monday through Friday.
2. Each lesson is a maximum of 10 minutes long.
3. I am expected to arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled lesson so my child is ready to begin on time.
4. I should contact the instructor before scheduling if I know we will be on vacation or will miss a portion of the scheduled lessons.
5. A nonrefundable deposit equal to two weeks of lessons is required to reserve my time slot. The remaining balance is also nonrefundable and is due on the first day of lessons. These payments cover six consecutive weeks of lessons. If my child needs a seventh week because of missed lesson days, there will be no additional charge for that week.
6. If my child needs lessons beyond the seventh week, I am responsible for the cost of those additional lessons.
7. There are no refunds for missed lessons.
